Returns & Refunds
We fully understand that sometimes, some items just don’t fit or work for a customer as expected. In such cases the customer may return the item(s) for exchange or refund provided the item(s) are returned in it’s original condition and packaging.
Items should be returned for refund or exchange within 21 of receipt by the customer. If you return a product, requesting for a refund within the 21 day period, we will give you a full refund for the product by the channel through which the payment was made minus postage costs
If you return a product after 21 days of receiving it, we will return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Please obtain a proof of postage.
If you request for a refund for a product within the specified time frame, but you are unable to return it for whatever reason, you may get in touch- but any refund will be at our exclusive discretion.
Please be informed that we will not accept returns for unwanted products after the stipulated period has elapsed. Any return made at this time will be sent back to you, and you will bear the delivery costs.
Delivery costs and postage proof
The cost of returning an item falls with the customer. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, to confirm your return. Responsibility for the goods remains with you the customer until we are in receipt of the good(s).
In circumstances where the item(s) are damaged or an incorrect order has been sent by us, we will refund all postage costs
Keep the product clean
Some products may not be returned – Specifically, Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Of course we expect you to try the product on for suitability, but we do not expect you to wear it if you are considering returning it. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund. As a result we may send the product back to you, with you being responsible for the delivery costs. All products are properly inspected upon return.
All returned products should be sent in the original packaging and condition (where possible) in which they were previously delivered.
If we observe an abnormal trend of return activity that seems suspicious, for instance, we notice that someone is actually wearing their ordered products and then returning them or simultaneously ordering and returning products beyond what is expected from the trusted Naborhi customers; then we may have to terminate or deactivate your account. If such is your case and you believe that we have made a mistake, kindly contact our customer support, and we will be happy to resolve the issue with you.
