Naborhi is a global African heritage boutique. Our shipping strategy is designed to support sustainable, fair-wage craftsmanship in Nigeria while ensuring a reliable delivery experience for our global Tribe.

1. Fulfillment & Lead Times

We balance ready-to-ship archival pieces with handcrafted made-to-order (MTO) designs to ensure zero-waste production.

• The Vault & Sample Room (In-Stock): These items are stocked in our UK warehouse and are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days).

• Naborhi Signatures & Boutique Spotlight (Handmade to order): Each piece is handmade specifically for you in our Nigerian studio. To support our sustainable cargo consolidation and fair-wage practices, please allow 14–21 business days for production and dispatch.

2. Global Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, please refer to the following windows:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (Tracked).

• United States: 5–7 business days (Standard) or 3–5 business days (DHL Express).

• Europe (EU): 5–7 business days.

• Canada, Australia & NZ: 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs & Tiers

We offer weight-based shipping to ensure you only pay for what you order. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your boutique items.

• UK Orders over £150: COMPLIMENTARY

• Global Orders over £300: COMPLIMENTARY

4. International Customs & Duties (DDU)

For international orders (outside of the UK), import duties and local taxes may be applied by your local customs authority upon entry into your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local thresholds before placing a large order.

Note: For our US Tribe, we offer a specialized DDP service where duties are pre-paid. Please ensure you have selected the United States market at the bottom of the site to view these benefits.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Every Naborhi piece is precious. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our concierge team at returns@naborhi.com within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you immediately.
