Naborhi is a global African heritage boutique. Our shipping strategy is designed to support sustainable, fair-wage craftsmanship in Nigeria while ensuring a reliable delivery experience for our global Tribe.
1. Fulfillment & Lead Times
We offer both in-stock and made-to-order pieces.
- In Stock: Items are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 48 hours (2 business days).
- Made to Order: Each piece is handmade specifically for you in our Nigerian studio. Please allow 14–21 business days for production and dispatch.
2. Global Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched from our UK warehouse:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (Tracked)
- United States: 7–14 business days (Tracked)
- Europe (EU): 5–10 business days (Tracked)
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days (Tracked)
- Canada: 7–14 business days (Tracked)
- International: 7–14 business days (Tracked)
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
- United Kingdom: Free on orders over £150
- United States: Free on orders over $200
- Australia & New Zealand: Free on orders over AUD $400
- European Union: Free on orders over €250
- Canada: Free on orders over CAD $400
- International: Free on orders over £250
4. International Customs & Duties
United States: Duties and taxes are included in your order and paid on your behalf — no surprise charges at delivery. Please note these are non-refundable on returns.
Australia & New Zealand: Orders under AUD $1,000 are not subject to import duty. No surprise charges at the door.
European Union: As Naborhi ships from outside the EU, local VAT and a small customs handling fee may be charged by your carrier at delivery. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not controlled by Naborhi.
Canada: Duties and taxes may be charged at delivery by your carrier. These are set by the Canadian Border Services Agency and are not controlled by Naborhi.
International: Local import duties or taxes may apply at delivery depending on your country's regulations. These are not set by Naborhi.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Clearance items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Original shipping costs and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
Every Naborhi piece is precious. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our concierge team at returns@naborhi.com within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you immediately.
