Naborhi Shipping & Custom Duties Policy

Naborhi is a global African heritage boutique. Our shipping approach supports sustainable, fair-wage craftsmanship in Nigeria while providing a reliable delivery experience for our global Tribe.

1. Fulfilment & Lead Times

We offer both in-stock and made-to-order pieces.

In Stock
Items are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 48 hours, or two business days.

Made to Order
Each piece is handmade in our Nigerian studio. Please allow 14–21 business days for production and dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

2. Global Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched from our UK warehouse, estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days, tracked
• United States: 7–14 business days, tracked
• European Union: 5–10 business days, tracked
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days, tracked
• Canada: 7–14 business days, tracked
• Other international destinations: 7–14 business days, tracked

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Courier or customs delays may occasionally affect these estimates.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, order and available delivery service.

• United Kingdom: Free on orders over £150
• United States: Free on orders over $200
• European Union: Free on orders over €250
• Australia & New Zealand: Free on orders over AUD $400
• Canada: Free on orders over CAD $400
• Other international destinations: Free on orders over £250

The amount shown at checkout is the applicable shipping charge for your order.

4. International Customs, Taxes & Duties

United States

Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout. Eligible orders should arrive without additional customs charges at delivery.

Eligible European Destinations

Local VAT is included in the purchase price. Applicable import duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout. Eligible orders should arrive without additional customs or handling charges from the carrier.

Australia & New Zealand

Taxes, duties or import charges depend on the destination, order value and local rules. Australian orders above AUD $1,000 may require a formal import declaration and may attract duties, taxes and processing charges.

Canada

Duties and taxes may be charged at delivery by the carrier or Canadian customs authority. These charges are not set or controlled by Naborhi.

Other International Destinations

Local import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply at delivery depending on the destination. These charges are not set or controlled by Naborhi.

The duties and taxes shown at checkout are based on the delivery destination and the service available for that market.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

You must notify Naborhi within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return an eligible item. Once you have notified us, the parcel must be posted back within a further 14 calendar days.

Standard made-to-order garments in listed Naborhi sizes remain eligible for return. Customised items and Clearance or Final Sale items are excluded from Naborhi’s voluntary returns policy, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

International returns must be clearly marked as a return on the customs declaration and declared as:

“Returned Goods” or “Returned Merchandise”

Please refer to our Returns Policy for the refund treatment of original shipping, VAT, duties and customs fees.

6. Lost, Delayed, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please contact customerservice@naborhi.com so we can check the verified tracking information.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact returns@naborhi.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
• A photograph of the parcel label if you received the wrong item

The 48-hour request helps us investigate quickly but does not affect your statutory rights.
