Refund policy
Here's the updated returns policy with all changes applied:
Naborhi Returns Policy Effective Date: 13th March 2026
Thank you for being part of the Naborhi Tribe. We hope you love your piece, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all Naborhi tags still attached
- Free from scents, makeup, or deodorant marks
Non-Returnable Items:
- Made to Order: Items handmade specifically for you are not eligible for return unless faulty
- Clearance & Final Sale: Items marked as final sale are strictly non-returnable
- Hygiene Items: Jewellery and hair accessories cannot be returned once packaging has been opened
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right immediately. Please email returns@naborhi.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email returns@naborhi.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for your Return Authorisation email with the correct warehouse address
- Pack your item securely and ship using a tracked service
4. Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Naborhi cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Customs, Duties & Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable on all returns.
United States: Your order included pre-paid duties on your behalf. As these are paid directly to the US government they are non-refundable on returns. Return shipping from the US to our UK warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning for store credit to make any exchange faster.
European Union: Any VAT or customs handling fees charged at delivery by your carrier are not controlled by Naborhi and are non-refundable.
Australia & New Zealand: No import duties apply on orders under AUD $1,000 so no duty refund is applicable.
Canada & International: Any duties or taxes charged at delivery by your carrier are not controlled by Naborhi and are non-refundable.
6. Lost or Damaged Returns
We strictly recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns. Naborhi cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
