Naborhi Terms of Service Effective Date: 13th March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using this website or placing an order with Naborhi, you agree to these terms.
1. About Naborhi
This website is operated by Neema Ltd, trading as Naborhi. References to “Naborhi”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Neema Ltd trading as Naborhi.
These terms apply to your use of our website and to purchases made directly through Naborhi.com.
2. Products & Availability
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and print placement may vary between handmade pieces.
Styles, fabrics, sizes and availability may change without notice.
In-stock items are dispatched according to the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.
Made-to-order items are handmade after purchase. The applicable production timeframe will be shown on the product page.
A standard Naborhi garment made to order in one of our listed sizes is not treated as a customised item.
An item is treated as customised where it has been personalised, altered or made to individual measurements or requirements specifically for the customer.
If a product becomes unavailable after you order, or a material error is found in its price or description, we will contact you and may cancel the affected item. Any payment taken for a cancelled item will be refunded.
3. Orders & Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.
Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched, unless we have expressly confirmed acceptance earlier.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or listing error
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity
- We cannot deliver to the address provided
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
4. Prices & Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency available for your market and may include or exclude taxes and duties depending on your delivery destination.
The final product price, shipping charge and any taxes or duties collected by Naborhi will be shown at checkout before payment.
Payments are processed securely using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping & Customs Duties Policy for:
- Production and dispatch timeframes
- Estimated delivery times
- Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds
- Destination-specific customs, duties and tax information
Delivery estimates begin from dispatch unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs processing or carrier disruption. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance where an order is delayed, and nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for checking that your delivery address is correct before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be amended after fulfilment has started.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
You must notify Naborhi within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return an eligible item. Once you have notified us, the parcel must be posted back within a further 14 calendar days.
Standard Naborhi garments made to order in one of our listed sizes remain eligible for return, subject to the Returns Policy.
Items personalised, altered or made to individual measurements or requirements specifically for the customer are not eligible under our standard returns policy unless faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Clearance and Final Sale items are excluded from Naborhi’s voluntary returns and exchange policy, except where mandatory cancellation or consumer rights apply.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs, duties and tax treatment varies by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy for the current rules.
Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout, eligible orders should arrive without additional customs charges from the carrier.
Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, charges may be applied by the local customs authority or carrier. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not set or controlled by Naborhi.
The treatment of VAT, duties, customs fees and taxes following a return is explained in our Returns Policy.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to any additional terms stated with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Only one discount code may be used per order
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
- Offers may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed
Promotions do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Email & SMS Communications
We may send you marketing emails or text messages where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You can opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or following the instructions provided in the message.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending service messages relating to your orders or account.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product names, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Naborhi.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not use this website:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To interfere with the website’s security or operation
- To introduce malicious code or harmful technology
- To infringe the rights of Naborhi or another person
- To copy or exploit website content without permission
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the paragraph above, Naborhi is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that were not caused by our breach of these terms.
Our products are supplied for personal and domestic use unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data, arising from a consumer purchase.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that purchase.
The current effective date is shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable law.
